All software, including G6 Trade Pro and related indicators, are tools for technical analysis and informational purposes only. BWS does not provide financial advice. Trading cryptocurrencies or other assets involves significant risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and financial outcomes. BWS is not liable for any financial losses.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BWS retains ownership of all underlying code, designs, and proprietary systems created during the service. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final product for your business as long as your subscription remains active.
BWS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to server downtime, software errors, or data loss. Our total liability is limited as defined in your service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of the provider's jurisdiction.
