Refund Policy

At BWS (Business Web Solutions), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital infrastructure. Because our "Website as a Service" (WaaS) and custom development solutions require immediate allocation of resources, human hours, and third-party software licensing, we enforce a strict refund policy.

1. Setup Fees and One-Time Payments

All upfront setup fees (including Standard, Professional, and AI-Elite packages) are non-refundable once the project status is marked as "Building" or "Active" in the client dashboard. By submitting project details and initiating development, you acknowledge that our team begins immediate custom work that cannot be reversed or resold.

2. Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions

You may cancel your ongoing maintenance or AI automation subscription at any time via your BWS Client Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are only granted in the rare event that BWS completely fails to deliver the promised digital infrastructure within the mutually agreed timeline, and no alternative resolution can be reached. Such cases are reviewed manually by our management team.

4. Contact for Billing Issues

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately at support@bws-company.com before disputing the charge with your bank. We are always ready to resolve administrative errors quickly and fairly.
